PAYMENT

Victorious Shaving Co. uses PayPal as its payment method on its website. This technology encrypts your personal and order information and offers you a secure online experience. For more information about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com and click on "User Agreement". Did you know that you do not need a PayPal account to purchase an item using PayPal? PayPal is safe, secure, and full of goodness. It’s easy, and only they have your card details.


GIFT CARD

Gift cards are redeemable at Victorious Shaving location and currently cannot be redeemed online. Gift cards can be purchased at victoriousshavingco.com (includes free shipping) or at our location. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. They do not expire. You can check the balance by request at our location or can even email us at victoriousshavingco@gmail.com. If you return product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund will be returned to a new gift card. Gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed without proper proof of purchase. Treat them like cash.


TAXES, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

All Canadian residents are subject to 5% GST on all purchases. Customers who are ordering internationally are not subject to any Canadian taxes. For international deliveries, customs and duties charges may be calculated by the destination country. We are not responsible for any such charges or potential delays in delivery caused by customs clearance.


SECURITY & PRIVACY

When on the Victorious Shaving website, you will be asked to create an account using your name, street address, telephone number, and email address. You will need to choose a username and password to shop online with us. This will enable you to access your account easily and securely.
The information you provide us when placing an order online is used to process and complete your order. We will not share this information with any outside parties, excepting Canada Post (or another delivery service of your choice) in order to complete the shipping of your order.
We may contact you if there is a question regarding your order. If that is the case, we will use the email address and/or telephone number you provide us with when placing your order. You will receive information required to track your package at the email address you provide.


SHIPPING, RETURNS & GUARANTEES Shipping to Anywhere in Canada or the USA:

Victorious Shaving Shipping Policy

For internet orders, our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible. To all customers in Canada and the USA, we send orders by a Canada Post expedited parcel service within 24 hours of the purchase, with exception of Sundays and holidays.
All of these services are insured and trackable, excluding small packet air. In most cases, packages arrive at Canadian destinations within 4-6 business days. USA destinations generally take 5-14 business days for delivery. Most parcels are shipped from Toronto, Canada.
Shipments crossing international borders can be detained by the country’s customs agency. These delays are beyond our control. International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. If you require faster shipping, we can ship by Canada Post's Priority service for an extra charge. General Return Policy

This return policy applies to all items purchased from Victorious Shaving Company.
Before returning any items, please contact us at victoriousshavingco@gmail.com within seven days of receipt of items. Products must be returned with payment receipt, original packaging (undamaged), unused, and in perfect condition. If items show any sign of use, sharpening, honing, etc., they will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the original packaging is not in a resaleable condition, the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.


All items returned to Victorious Shaving Co. are done so at the buyer's expenseThe items must be properly packaged to prevent damage and fully insured. Please notify us of the tracking number so we can follow the progress of the parcel. Funds will not be reimbursed until we receive the products and are happy with the condition. The refund will be the amount paid less the shipping and handling fees(our actual shipping cost for those orders where shipping was included for free), PayPal fees, and any other incurred costs.

When sending parcels to us across an international border, it is your responsibility to state that the item is either being returned or temporarily imported for repair. Failure to do so may result in import tariffs and/or brokerage fees.


IMPORTANT FOR NON-CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:The package/invoice should have the export value and have a note reading, "Canadian Goods Returned". Then it will be able to processed without payment of duty and tax.

Items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange.


Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments

If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Victorious Shaving will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s), as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by the carrier.


Limited Guarantee

We want all of our customers to be very pleased with their purchase. Therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged appropriately to prevent damage in shipping. If you find you have any problems with your order upon receipt, please contact customer service at victoriousshavingco@gmail.com within 48 hours.
